The Brokerage Officer collects and interprets data to help a company take actionable steps to improve performance and meet goals. Their primary duties include identifying, gathering, analyzing data and making their insights accessible to the company through easy-to-understand graphs, charts, tables and reports.

**Job Duties**
- Attend to post declaration enquiries from internal and external customers
- Analyzes and investigates shipment failures to determine errors, identify possible problems, and propose corrective action required for prevention.
- Communicating with different functions to correct failures.
- Maintain and generate regular reports as required
- Control the daily workflow and identify any workflow failure and areas of improvement
- Assist with monitoring service levels and other key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure the accomplishment of internal targets
- Attending to customer enquiries
- Performs tasks as directed by management

**Job Requirements**
- Possess at least a Diploma in Business Administration, Customs Brokerage or related fields
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred
- Display excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and accuracy
- Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills
- Able to remain calm under pressure and manage customer-facing dialogue
- Able to work as part of a team and show initiative/positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, with high integrity and a strong work ethic
- Certificate in Customs Competency for Declarant will be preferred
