**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Routine, day-to-day secretarial tasks
- Greet visitors and point them in the right direction, answer inquiries, and create a welcoming environment
- Organize and maintain files and databases in a confidential manner
- Screen phone calls, redirect calls, and take messages
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and reservations as needed
- Receive deliveries; sort and distribute incoming mail
- Drafting letters, memos, documents, reports, presentations etc.
- Taking down minutes of meeting
- Filing documents, records, contracts, etc.
- Making reminders for meetings or appointments
- Planning business trips and arranging for visas ( if necessary)
- Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports
- Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments
- any other ad-hoc duties
**Requirements**:
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or Management
- With 3 years working as HR Generalist/Secretary/Personal Assistant.
- Excellent in written & spoken English and ability to communicate with all levels of people (MUST)
- Resourceful, detail-oriented with strong organisation skills
- Independent and able to multi-task and prioritise work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to handle sensitive business communications, data and other information with professionalism confidentiality and discretion, both internally and externally
- Professional attitude and manner
- Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure with minimum supervision.
- Team player as well as able to work well with minimum supervision
- Fresh graduates are welcome
