5. Assist in maintaining internal communication channels and distributing information.

6. Monitor and order office supplies, ensuring availability of necessary materials.

7. Assist with facilities management, including liaising with vendors and service providers.

8. Help maintain a clean and organized office environment.

9. Support in the implementation of office policies and procedures.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an administrative assistant, secretary, or in a similar role is advantageous.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling data and documentation.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
