The Secretary is responsible to provide high-level administrative and secretarial support to the top management.
**Key Duties & Responsibilities**
- Travel arrangement. Plan, organize and book all travel arrangements, including flights, hotel accommodations, and transportation. Coordinate itineraries and ensure travel visas and other required travel documents are obtained for travel.
- Calendar and schedule management. Manage and coordinate heavy meeting schedules and appointments, and events.
- Meeting preparation and coordination. Organize and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations and reports. Take minutes and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion.
- Event planning and coordination. Assist in planning and execution of the corporate and personal events for the top management.
- Personal support.
- Manage high level of discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive personal matters for the top management.
**Job Requirements**
- At least 5 years of proven experience as an Secretary or Personal Assistant, preferably supporting high-level executives
- Able to undertake frequent business trips to Indonesia and other locations when required
- Responsiveness and efficiency. Strong ability to manage tasks quickly and adapt to changing priorities seamlessly. Positive disposition
- Strong organization skills. Multitasking abilities with meticulous attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft office skills including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Discretion and confidentiality. Ability to handle confidential information with trustworthiness
