**Job Description:
In this role, you will collaborate with sales teams and trade marketing managers at local level and you will be responsible to display, promote and increase sales of products at point of sales in all the region w/o any local trade marketing (Philippines, Vietnam, Indonesia, Myanmar, Thailand, Cambodia) visiting and dealing directly with our distributors.

The Regional Trade Marketing Manager will work with each country manager to execute Kraft cheese trade activities and Pauls multi category trade activities on the local market to all retail and Food Service channels.

**Key Accountabilities
- Elaborate the Kraft & Pauls Brand trade marketing plan at zone level
- Supervise all Kraft & Pauls promotional activities at local level
- Develop impactful promotional concepts and mechanisms for customers and consumers in collaboration with local team.
- Provide relevant information to measure performance and impact of all short and

long term promotional activities.
- Push and launch Kraft & Pauls NPD to our distributor in all our countries w/o any local trade marketing manager.

**Education and Experience
- Business related degree (Bachelor of commerce, Master of business, )
- 5 years Trade Marketing experience in an FMCG company
- Proven track record of driving Innovative business improvements by identifying and providing clarity around initiatives that deliver differentiated value to the company.
- Excellent analytical skills with sound understanding of business concepts (Margin, Discounts, Volume Variance Analysis, promo efficiency measurements, )
