**MISSION**

The TR APAC Senior Marketing Manager will be the key contact point of marketing related projects supporting Marketing Director APAC TR & Local Market to achieve business goals & brand ambition. Her/his role will take the full ownership of 360 marketing planning, operational process and roll-out; support trade marketing strategies development, optimize the retail efficiency and client experience. This role will be working closely with TRWW, regional product & consumer marketing, TR APAC Directors, VM and area managers to ensure seamless & efficient communications as well as support operational needs.

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
**TRADE MARKETING & ANIMATION PLAN**
- Full ownership of TR Marketing function for TR APAC supporting Regional Marketing Director, to adapt, propose & align strategies & budget. Address TR marketing needs for 3-axis, commercial trade activations, distribution expansion, Ultimate door service elevation, any new future initiatives etc.
- As a key partner to TRWW TR Marketing teams, TR APAC Director, TR Area Managers (China, HKMAC, SEAOZ markets), regional functions (Demand & Supply, VM & R&E, Product marketing, Consumer marketing) to a/adapt guidelines, b/ propose Marketing strategies and initiatives for alignment, c/ orchestrate brand & group synergy in APAC.
- To initiate, support & align trade promotion strategies & tactics for different TR business models based on market needs in the region and with HQ.
- Proactively collaborating with Area Managers to guide the development of specific support/ action plans for Top Doors & Pop-up events as well as add value to elevate the planning & execution in collaboration with RM, VM
- In charge of regional Trade Plan consolidation, input, discussion, and reporting. Follow-up with markets on execution & implementation, visit on site & support if required.
- To lead TR pricing strategy feedback & alignment with Regional Marketing Director, Pricing teams, HQ & regional counterparts.
- To lead TR-specific product performance insights, strategies & ambition, in order to input & align with Regional Product Marketing team for their operational communication with HQ and go-to-market supports, e.g. visual plans, FAST forecasting & supply monitoring of novelties, TR sets and regular skus. In collaboration with Demand & Supply team to drive forecast accuracy to support business opportunities.
- To lead TR-specific consumer insight analysis, in order to input & align with Regional Consumer Marketing team for consumer marketing strategy development, investment planning, execution deployment, etc. In collaboration with Regional Consumer Marketing team to elevate consumer-facing experience via E-TR, digital initiatives, paid media, PR & Communications, CRM loyalty, etc.
- Pragmatically challenge existing Trade Tools and develop relevant ones for upcoming initiatives.
- Lead marketing executive to consolidate regional report competitors’ trade activity, regularly visit assigned markets to report and feed on market’s competitive landscape.

**SALES CYCLE & KEY MEETINGS**
- To conduct Monthly Business Review Meeting with AMs for TR marketing-related insights, performance & SISO etc.
- To communicate with TRWW marketing correspondent bi-weekly to channel our performance & supports needed, etc
- To consolidate, prepare and present marketing presentation to retailers, HQ or other counterparts.
- To prepare regular TR meeting documents, e.g. monthly TRWW sales review, product analysis, competitor reports,
- Operational supports for TR-specific strategic topics, e.g. pricing, retailer pitching, BC seminar, promotion communications, etc
- Contributes to budget preparation, monitoring and consolidation

**TRAVEL PLAN**
- Travelling in APAC Region to meet our Regional partners and to monitor competitive landscape and trade opportunities will involve 10% of the time

**QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES
**WORK EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION**
- Relevant marketing experience (previous experience in TR beauty strongly preferred)
- Trade marketing experience is a-must, 360 Product & consumer market exposure are preferred
- APAC regional experience is preferred
- Knowledge and/or strong interest in Asian cosmetics market (especially on Skincare)
