Our client, one of Asia Pacific leading and largest omnichannl distribution platform that has more than 120 luxury brands.

With their current expansion, they are looking to hire Demand Planner responsible to drive monthly S&OP and forecast meetings with cross-functional stakeholders.

**Would this be the next career for you?**
- Develop 12-month rolling demand forecast, incorporating market intelligence (promotions, phrase in/phrase out, new launches, dis-continuations) from Sales and Marketing teams. Challenge the forecast as needed
- Translate demand plan into supply plan for order placement to principals
- Balance demand and supply needs of omni-channels, facilitate product allocation or product rebalancing as and when required
- Reconcile supply plan to demand plan to mitigate shortfalls and excess stocks situations for new launches, production related shortage or un-forecasted demand spikes
- Analyse and highlight business risk and opportunity to stakeholders and jointly propose appropriate mitigation plans
- Conduct historical sales analysis and data cleansing to build statistical baseline forecast
- Develop and prepare monthly forecasting files S&OP and KPI reports
- Participate in demand and supply planning projects

- Min. Diploma and above
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP is an added advantage
- Prior experience in collaboration with regulatory affairs group to assess pending and new regulations and changes
- Demonstrate the ability to reduce and manage complexity
- Good communication and organization skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently and meet deadlines
