1) **PSI (Product, Sales & Inventory) Management**
- Conduct meetings with the sales and marketing departments on monthly sales forecast and provide proposals on purchasing plans.
- Collaborate with sales department, overseas factories and Head Office on cargo arrivals, special shipments, product specifications, etc.
- Maintenance and updating of PSI data.

2) **Business Plan**
- Work closely with the sales and marketing departments for an in-depth understanding of product demand and assist in the preparation of various product marketing strategies and action plans for the team.

3) **Price Control**
- Negotiation with overseas factories and Head Office pertaining to delivery schedules, minimum order quantities (MOQ) and etc.
- Manage the price systems for normal and special inventory sales and update the pricing status, with rebate provision factored for all product categories/models.

4) **Generation of Reports**
- Responsible in the preparation of various sales-related reports including but not limited to daily sales reports, budget planning reports, forecast of gross sales, gross profit and inventory, sales results to business units and Head Office.

5) All other adhoc duties assigned by the Manager.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Possess a minimum Diploma in Business or relevant field.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in business planning, strategic product marketing and development.
- Proficiency in Japanese to communicate (both written & speaking) with Japanese counterparts.
- Strong analytical skills with excellent sense of business acumen.
- Strong communication and project management skills.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work under tight deadline and fast paced environment.
- Ability to work overtime whenever required.
