Responsibilities
  • Lead and drive the demand forecasting processes to ensure that baseline, promotional events and NPD forecasts are captured in the demand plan
  • Lead Inventory Optimization process, drive PSI process and SLOB review
  • Lead and improve S&OP process for market
  • Drive planning scorecard and reporting matrix, taking proactive measures to correct root cause of performance deviations and to drive ongoing improvement of the planning processes, systems and ways of working
  • Manage parts and accessories fulfilment to support market launches
Demand Planning
  • Lead demand and supply plans supported by analysis of historical and future trends including Market S&OP's and consensus processes in line with the planning and finance business calendar
  • Lead Demand Forecasting process, work closely with account teams to develop customer level demand plans that include baseline, promotional and NPD plans. Ensure the assumptions/building blocks are realistic for future forecast
  • Identify SKU, category and market trends that drive insights for source planners and improve efficacy of market demand plans
  • Analyze Demand forecast accuracy to identify gap and opportunity for future forecast
  • Provide analysis of the difference between financial and demand forecasts
  • Provide SKU Analysis and Trends, including NPD sales performance and work closely with Sales team to close the gap
  • Lead process improvement project in Demand forecasting through Demand planning tool, dashboard and root cause analysis of forecast deviations/trends
  • Lead NPD readiness to ensure Demand, Supply and Launch Readiness are synchronized
Supply Planning
  • Drive inventory optimization through PSI management, SLOB Tracking, MOQ Optimization project.
  • Collaborate with regional team to plan for active POs scheduling to optimize inventory cover
  • Develop deep understanding of supply lead times for various product categories
  • Manage SLOB together with sales and finance to adopt appropriate actions
  • Share Supply Forecast to APAC planning team for capacity allocation purposes
  • Lead best practice tools systems processes and ways of working
Cost Optimization
  • Manage and track E&O Risk for the region
  • Drive SKU productivity via MOQ, Net sales, Cost to Serve Analysis
Qualifications
  • >8 years experience in Supply and Demand Planning
  • Experience leading S&OP's and leading Demand Planning Processes
  • Experience with Managing Inventory, PSI, Inventory Optimization
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to solve complex problem skills
  • Knowledge in supply chain tools including Oracle, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Clear communicator and collaborator with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced high growth organization
