The Spa Coordinator is responsible for supporting daily operations in the spa. He/she assists guests by providing product and service information and performing data entry to keep the database up to date.

**A.**Deliver Service Excellence**
- Handle correspondences and phone calls
- Answer enquiries and address requests

**B.**Deliver Operation Excellence**
- Handle all administrative matters to ensure that the spa is run smoothly
- Perform data entry for guests details and appointment records
- Maintain stock inventory according to operational needs
- Prepare treatment areas and for service delivery
- Communicate and escalate occurrences that require attention to management

**C.**Manage Self and Team**
- Manage spa schedule by organising appointments in a manner where time and profitability are maximised
- Assist in various spa operations as required

**D.**Manage Hygiene and Safety Standards**
- Keep the spa clean, tidy, and safe at all times
- Observe personal sanitation and health practices
- Handle products and equipment in accordance with organisational hygiene and safety standards and procedures
- Report broken or unserviceable equipment

- Ability to multi-task, and be efficient and productive in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Prior experience in a luxury spa or similar field will be advantageous
