Spa Therapist Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Spa Therapist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional spa treatments and services, ensuring a high standard of quality and customer satisfaction.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Deliver all spa treatments and services to the highest standard, following established protocols and procedures.
    • Manage bookings efficiently, maximizing treatment opportunities and ensuring optimal use of resources.
    • Provide excellent customer service, support, and awareness at all times, building strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
    • Maintain a clean and well-presented spa outlet, taking personal responsibility for all treatment areas.
    • Monitor and manage stock levels, adhering to usage guidelines and minimizing waste.
    • Ensure the secure handling and storage of retail and professional stock.
  • Requirements:
    • Ability to learn new programs and procedures quickly and accurately, with a proven track record of adapting to change.
    • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • A minimum of 3 years' relevant experience in the spa industry.
    • Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays as required.
    • A pleasant personality, positive attitude, and strong work ethic.
