Duties & Responsibilities

Welcome and assist guests with check-ins and check-outs
Provide recommendations on spa services, promotions & products
Manage point-of-sale transactions & process payments
Ensure a seamless customer experience by coordinating with staff
Handle customer inquiries via phone & walk-ins
Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry & filing

Who We're Looking For

Prior experience in customer service or hospitality (spa/wellness experience is a plus)
Strong multitasking, organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in computer systems & booking software
A friendly and professional customer-focused attitude
A passion for beauty, wellness & self-care
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends & public holidays
