**Major Job Responsibilities/Duties**
- Fully responsible for the full recruitment process (Post job offers, schedule tests, collect evaluations, issue contracts).
- Working closely with execution team to ensure efforts are being maximized so that the proper resources are available and on boarded in a timely manner.
- Support revenue and execution team for last minute requests.
- Keeping internal database updated with all necessary information and documents on external linguist.
- Strategize to find viable and innovative ways for process improvements.
- Provide administrative / technical support for anything related to vendor management.

- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, innovative, flexible and proactive.
- Willing to learn new things, be open to challenges and thrive on success.
- Ability to prioritize activities that allows you to achieve set goals effectively.
- Ability to work independently and exceptionally self-motivated.
- Ability to support on multiple projects from different stakeholders (Internal / External) by keeping up to date information and communicating progress updates.
- Ability to maintain and update vast amounts of information accurately.
- Ability to negotiate, maintain budgets and, schedules.
- Ability to maintain professionalism and focus under pressure and tight deadlines.

**Required Experience**:
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in a related field (Translations, Linguistic studies, Human Resources).
- Minimum 3 years of vendor management role, or similar experience (High volume recruitment).
- Minimum 1 year of managing team.
- Experience in spreadsheets and word processing on various OS.
- Experience with Social Media recruitment process.
- Experience with database management.
