GEHC’s Intercontinental region Commercial Excellence organization is looking for a Senior Pricing Manager position to enable profitable business growth. This position will be a key member of Intercontinental team and will be responsible for enabling use of Price as a key enabler of growth in the region. The position holder will be responsible for understanding GEHC’s product and service pricing competitiveness (based on market insights and competitor behavior), conduct in-depth analysis to set pricing governance for existing and new products, define governance operating mechanism for pricing review and approval, and perform analytics & reporting to reduce price leakage and drive business decisions. Overall, this position holder is responsible for translating data into actionable insights that drive business decisions translating into growth & profitability.

The position holder will report to the ‘Commercial Solutions Strategy Director
- Intercontinental’, and work with Finance, Commercial Operations, Marketing, and Business teams across the region. S/he will be key point of contact for global P&L. This individual must be able to thrive in a fast-moving, highly matrixed environment and be able to work across diverse cultures. S/he must be results-oriented, highly motivated, and have a “can do” positive attitude.

Job location is open to AKA/South Asia or any other suitable geography in the Intercontinental region

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- ** Market Pricing Intelligence **- Work closely with product marketing and country teams to gather and build an ecosystem of key pricing insights from customer perspective, competitor pricing strategy, and price gap across product portfolio.
- ** Commercial Analytics** - Custodian for market, order, share, pricing, profitability metrics; orders and sales price index analytics. Build models and dashboards to organize, visualize, and disseminate data analysis/ insights to finance and operating teams. Manage financial models effectively (in excel/access database, in contemporary platforms like Spotfire, Salesforce, Apptus Analytics, and other business intelligence tools) and independently initiate continuous improvement actions.
- ** Pricing Programs **- Drive pricing programs; support the business with depth of understanding of pricing performance and key best practices that can be leveraged to drive price increases in the region. Lead price change and measurement initiatives by collaborating with commercial teams and business leadership.
- ** Pricing Governance** - Establish optimal governance practices for pricing approvals and exception handling in collaboration with business and finance teams, price setting for new products and services, and systems and process that minimize price leakage. Define Delegation of Authority (DOA) and salesforce compensation to achieve strategic pricing objectives. Additionally, S/he will be the coordinator of the Intercontinental Pricing Approval Council. S/he will be key interface with Pricing teams in the GEHC HQ and will be key Intercon. Representative on the GEHC pricing council and provide leadership to the pricing teams residing across Zones.
- ** Business Planning **- Work closely with stakeholders to define pricing strategy, tactics, monitoring of its execution, and report in business planning cycle / Monthly reviews
- ** Ad-hoc Projects**: Participate in simplification projects to facilitate and to increase capacity for value-added financial analysis.

**Qualifications/Requirements**
- Minimum 5 Years previous healthcare industry expertise, preferably in Finance or Pricing roles and in Capital equipment business is a must.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration, or Engineering degree with +7 years of work experience in management consulting or previous experience in GE leadership programs.
- Expertise in financial modeling, strong data analytics, and business process expertise.
- Demonstrable experience in initiating/driving process improvements and systems enhancement.
- Combination of IT and Business/finance acumen to facilitate various programs across regions.
- Excellent oral and written communications skills

**Desired characteristics**
- Strong project management skills. Proven record of accomplishment of establishing and managing project plans and adjusting to changing circumstances. Ability to prioritize and effectively controls key milestones.
