Reporting to the Director of the Strategic Partnership Division, you will engage industry and government agencies, and conduct horizon scans, to identify future trends and growth areas to further SIT’s education and research missions.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Engage key government agencies and companies to build and cultivate strategic partnerships to advance SIT’s education and research activities.
- Develop and implement strategies related to SIT’s industry and community engagements.
- Perform long-term horizon scanning to ascertain industry and market trends that are relevant to SIT’s education and research areas.
- Collaborate with other SIT divisions to develop new education pathways and applied research focus areas
- Support activities related to SIT’s strategic imperatives.
- Support any other duties as assigned by Vice President, Industry & Community Group.

**Job Requirements**
- Degree in Business, Finance, Healthcare, Science/Engineering or relevant fields.
- Preferably at least 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Prior experience in semiconductor and/or advance manufacturing sectors would be advantageous.
- Prior experience in business development, industry development and strategic planning would be advantageous.
- A team player and ability to handle ambiguity.
- Ability to transverse and be conversant in various industry verticals.
- Excellent time management and ability to multi-task and prioritise work while being meticulous and organized.
- A self-starter, independent and resourceful.
- Organised and mature, able to lead and motivate in a fast-paced environment.
