GM Asia Pacific - Marmon Water Residential Filtration

**Position location**: Preferred Singapore / Alternate Bangalore, India

**Responsibilities**: Lead the newly created Asia Pacific focused business unit with Commercial, Product Development and Operations oversight. Asia Pacific regions is identified as high growth focus area of business and as GM of APAC, this role will drive strategy to identify growth initiatives and drive people, infrastructure, product roadmaps to support the strategy.

**Commercial Leadership**
- Market Strategy Development: Develop and execute a market strategy for the APAC region with route to market & customer acquisition plans. This includes market research, competitor analysis, prioritize target customers and identifying growth opportunities.
- Business Development:

- Develop and implement business development actions, with a primary focus on India, Korea, China, and Southeast Asia.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets for expansion. This may include market entry strategies such as partnerships, acquisitions, or organic growth.
- Develop strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners in the region.

**Operational Leadership**
- Oversee the operations of two manufacturing facilities located in Singapore and India, ensuring through local leadership they meet quality, cost, and production targets.
- Working closely with Global Operation VP, ensure the factories meet the world class standards and drive Continuous Improvements.
- Support global customers through Asia factories as part of overall Residential Filtration value proposition.

**Products Leadership**
- Lead the development and execution of a product strategy that aligns with market trends and customer needs in the region.
- Drive collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely launch of innovative products and solutions.
- Work closely with Global Innovation & Technology leader and R&D team to give insights/inputs for future technology roadmaps at Group level and leverage global knowledge to support APAC Products roadmap.

**Team Leadership**
- Recruit, train, and manage commercial team. Provide guidance and support to team members to help them achieve their goals.
- Build, mentor, and lead a regional leadership team that is aligned with the company's values and goals.
- Foster a culture of Growth mindset, collaboration, innovation, and accountability.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role with a focus on the Asia Pacific region.
- Strong understanding of Commercial, Operations and product development areas.
- Excellent strategic planning and execution skills.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and improve operational efficiency.
- Knowledge of regulations and business practices in India, Korea, China, and Southeast Asia is a plus.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the region and internationally.
