- Position Title**:Sales Executive (FMCG / General Trade)**:

- Working Location: West - Tuas
- Working Hours: 5.25 days (Monday to Friday: 8.30 am - 5.45 pm, Alternate Sat: 8.30 am - 12.30 pm)
- Salary Package**:Up to SGD 4000 + Transport Allowance + Monthly Comm + Variable Bonus**:

- Duration: Permanent

**Key Responsibilities**
- Proactively identify and secure new customer accounts and explore new business opportunities.
- Detect sales shortfalls and collaborate with the manager to develop strategies to address these gaps.
- Keep track of competitor activities and deliver a monthly report.
- Regularly visit customers to gauge their needs and strengthen customer retention and relationships.
- Formulate and implement channel strategies to meet sales goals.
- Generate sales that adhere to assigned targets and monthly performance indicators.
- Plan and carry out promotions in outlets to achieve trade excellence.
- Consistently service stores according to specified coverage.
- Manage Days Sales Outstanding (DSO), debt collection, and address any long-standing issues as necessary.
- Initiate new outlets and respond to sales queries.
- Undertake additional duties as delegated by the superior and the company.
- Collaborate with operations teams to ensure punctual delivery.
- Oversee and track customer payments.
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks as required.
