Create and execute localization strategies that align with our goals.
- Partner closely with product, engineering, marketing, and content teams to conduct in depth market research and analysis, and to assess the impact of localization.
- Oversee and manage the end to end process of localization - which involves managing a team of translators (vendor, in-house, or hybrid; depending on the localization model), editors, and other localization professionals.
- Set up workflows, tools, and processes to ensure that the localization is of high quality and delivered on time and within budget.
- Ensure the company's localized products and content meet the local regulatory requirements and standards - by keeping up to date with the latest changes in local regulations, especially in areas such as data privacy, advertising, and consumer protection.
- Monitor the performance of the localized products and content and make data-driven analysis on user engagement, feedback, and user behavior to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to the relevant teams.
