**Key Account Manager (FMCG)
- Implementing the accounting and reporting process
- The Key Account Manager has overall end-to-end responsibility for the P&L, commercial results, and growth strategy for assigned accounts.
- Oversees the sales strategy and put best tactical solution to drive the market share of the company.
- Develop end-to-end planning and execution of campaigns - including new brand launches and trade promotional activities
- Drive tracking and analytics that enhance business performance
- Lead a team of promoters to achieve the deliverables
- Ensure trade spends is within allocated limit and KPIs
- Manage relationship with Customers:
- Develop and align business plan, channel strategy to achieve KPI
- Making decisions on key terms and negotiations
- Identify and lead new business opportunities within the E Commerce space
- Manage inventory level
**Requirements**:
- Min diploma in Sales & Marketing, Business Management or other related field
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience within large sales organizations, ideally in Wholesale Trade or FMCG
- Sales driven, results-oriented and customer service minded
- Proven ability of critical thinking and problem solving
- Ability to differentiate and prioritize business opportunities and issues
- Strong account management and relationship building skills
- Good business acumen, contract negotiation and presentation skills
- Excellent people and communication skills
- Possess an own vehicle with Class 3 driving license would be an advantage
