**Main Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with Operations Team for daily attendance updating, work schedule reports and documents submission
- Source for potential products and follow up with purchase order process
- Preparation of Quotation, Work Order, Variation Order.
- Provide administrative support to Operations Team.
- Maintain up-to-date records and filing
- Perform any other Admin duties assigned.
**Requirements:
- **
- GCE ‘N’ or ‘O’ level / Higher Nitec In Business Study
- Proficient in MS Office Application
- Outgoing with positive attitude. A team player
- Meticulous in documentation
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $2,300.00 - $2,800.00 per month
