
Finance Assistant HR Admin

We are looking for a Finance Assistant cum HR Admin to support our Financial department and HR department. The responsibilities of a Finance Assistant include processing payments, updating financial records, and managing invoices. You should have good knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, organizational skills, and working knowledge of accounting software preferably Autocount.
**Responsibilities**:
- Processing and preparing financial statements.
- Overseeing client accounts.
- Creating, sending, and following up on invoices.
- Collecting and reviewing data for reports.
- Reviewing and performing audits on financial statements and reports.
- Reporting discrepancies.
- Preparing payments for employees.
- HR Admin support for all Foreign WorkPasses processing from onboarding to offboarding, Insurances, etc.
- Other duties as assigned.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum Diploma in accounting or finance.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software.
- knowledge of bookkeeping.
- Good organizational and Analytical skills.
- Detail-oriented.
**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $3,000.00 per month
