**Talent Researcher**

**WHAT TO EXPECT**: -Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions.
-Assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.

-Preparing CVs and correspondence to forward to clients regarding of suitable applicants.
Maintenance of company database and Applicant Tracking Systems.
Participation in team meetings and staff events.
-Other ad-hoc projects as required.

**WHAT WE EXPECT**:
Polytechnic diploma/university degree desirable
-Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
-Strong Sales and Recruiting background
-Prior experience in search industry preferred or at least 5 years commercial working experience
