Business Excellence Executive

**The Opportunity**:
As a Business Excellence Executive, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's strategic direction and optimizing core business processes. Reporting directly to the Business Excellence Director, you will identify inefficiencies, implement improvements, and utilize data to drive impactful decisions, directly contributing to the company's long-term success.

This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals in Business Administration, Business Analytics, or related fields who are eager to:

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement**:

- Review existing business processes to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains.
- Propose and implement solutions for streamlining workflows and enhancing operational effectiveness.

**2. Data Analysis & Strategic Planning Support**:

- Regularly update inventory and sales reports to support management’s data analysis and strategy planning.
- Assist in the interpretation of data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to cascade strategic objectives into individual OKRs, directly linking performance metrics to revenue growth and gross profit improvement.

**3. Resource Management & Compliance**:

- Manage company resources including assets, consumables, and SaaS credential management.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely renewals of corporate registrations and other administrative documents.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all business administration processes are supported and compliant.
- Maintain company policies to ensure compliance with ISO standards and government guidelines.

**4. Employee Experience & Engagement**:

- Maintain HR documentations, ensuring data compliance and timely issuance of employee correspondences.
- Optimise manpower visibility through structured reporting of leave consumption, internship management, and resource availability to support strategic workforce planning.
- Strengthen employee engagement through structured well-being initiatives.

**5. Operational Coordination & Support**:

- Plan and coordinate stock audits to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Support the Director in various business excellence initiatives.
- Liaise with department heads to facilitate seamless operational processes.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, or any related field.
- Proficient in Google Workspace; open and adaptable to new digital tools.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise effectively across departments and with external partners.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Able to multitask and manage competing priorities with mínimal supervision.

**Work Details**:

- Location: 50 Ubi Crescent, #01-10 (Level 3), Singapore 408568
- Work Week: Monday - Friday
- Work Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Pay: $2,600.00 - $3,000.00 per month
