**Responsibilities**
As the Regional Office Head of HR, you will lead and drive the people strategy including compensation and benefits, talent management and development, resourcing, learning and development, performance management, employee engagement in DHL Supply Chain Regional Office located in Singapore.

Acting as a trusted advisor to the business and partnering with the members of the management team, you align HR activities to the business strategy to support goals and influence the strategic direction balanced with the employee perspective.

Leading the HR team at the Regional Office, you'd work closely with your APAC HR colleagues to drive transformation and change of HR to maximize the capability of our people at all levels of the organization and to ensure HR services are delivered to drive business performance.
**Requirements**:
If you are a passionate HR leader driven to deliver results without compromising on respect, and share our values for Diversity and Inclusion, here's what it takes to be part of this team in this role**:

- Minimum 10 years of relevant HR experience with at least 5 years in a senior management role
- Solid experience as a business partner, preferably in a MNC
- Highly competent in all areas of HR including change management
- Demonstrated leadership abilities to work in a matrix environment with senior management, which covers collaboration, innovation and partnership
