Qualification: Degree or Diploma in Machanical Engineering from a recognised university
Additional Qualification: Certified welding inspector CSWIP level 2 and ASNT Level-II NDE Technician cert. Conversant with API 620, API 650, API 653 standards inn addition to ASME, ASNT etc.
Nature of Work:
Able to work independently with the complete quality control aspects of storage tank and Process piping Construction including process inspection, report generation, client coordination, testing and inspection.
Able to make Project Quality Plans, Inspection & Test Plans, Work Instructions and SOPs for various erection and test activites in accordance with relevent standards and codes.
Review engineering drawings, preparing Inspection & Test plan, Quality manuals, attending meeting with client on design and technical clarifications etc.
Managing a team of Quality control personnel and coordination with NDE personnel for performing NDE examination at work sites.
