**Responsibilities**
- Responsible for implementation and management of quality control systems
- Implement all QA/QC inspection and testing as project specifications or by regulatory requirements and shall be familiar with all aspects of testing required for a major project of similar tender scope with similar scale and complexity including the quality testing requirements of local Authorities such as the Standards, Productivity and Innovation Board (SPRING Singapore)
- Develop and determine all standards to perform inspection and tests on all procedures and oversee all testing methods and maintain high standards of quality for all processes.
- Review quality of all materials at the site and ensure compliance with all project specifications and quality and collaborate with the department for all material procurement and maintain a quality of materials.
- Control and manage QA/QC documents of the complete project including certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports and site instruction/observations, permanent materials delivered and other important QA/QC documents.
- Supervise the effective implementation of all test and inspection schedules and ensure adherence to all procedures and coordinate with various teams to perform quality audits on processes.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Quality Control or equivalent.
- Minimum 10 years experience in the implementation and management of quality control systems
- A resourceful self-starter who possess excellent problem solving skills
- Systematic and able to work under pressure.
- Mature, proactive, take initiative and well organized.
- Meticulous and able to follow through with tasks promptly
- Team player with the ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing with professionalism
