Singapore EMZ DERMA LAB PTE. LTD. Full time

We are seeking an experienced, dedicated Quality Assurance & Quality Control Executive to join our derma laboratory department in Singapore.

In this position, you will maintain quality standards by approving incoming materials, in-process production, finished products, and recording the results and uphold the safety regulations of our company and supervise the production process to assure that all our products meet GMP quality expectation. Excellent communication and leadership skills are necessary, as well as a keen attention to detail.

What You will Do:

- Perform regular quality assessments on all incoming materials from vendors and outgoing products for delivery.
- Manage and qualify products and material quality to meet compliance and industry standards.
- Recommend improvements to the production process to ensure quality control.
- Document inspection outcomes by completing detailed reports and performance records.
- Resolve quality-related issues in a timely manner.
- Keeping inventory update of materials, documents, and data to meet GMP standards.
- Lay down procedure to implement GMP & GLP norms and ensure compliance.
- Maintain QC records.
- Manage operation needs to prepare for annual GMP audit.
- Approve all finished products by confirming specifications and conducting required tests.
- Return products for re-work if needed and complete documentation to confirm re-work.
- Document and update inspection results by completing reports and logs.
- Keep measurement equipment operating by following operating instructions and calling for repairs.
- Maintain safe work environment by following standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations.
- interpret and implement quality assurance standards and procedures.
- evaluate adequacy of quality assurance standards.
- devise sampling procedures and directions for recording and reporting quality data.
- review the implementation and efficiency of quality and inspection systems.
- plan, conduct and monitor testing and inspection of materials and products to ensure finished product quality.
- document internal audits and other quality assurance activities.
- investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues.
- All related types of performance testing including stability test etc.
