**Quality Assurance Controller (5 days / Food hygiene practices / HACCP & ISO 22000)**
- Salary: $2500 - $2800
- Working hours : Mon-Fri | 9:00am-6:00pm
- Location: Near Boon Lay MRT

**Job Scope**:

- Report to Quality Assurance Supervisor.
- Work closely with Production department on the checking and verification process, ensuring compliance to HACCP and ISO 22000 Quality Systems or FSSC.
- Carry out schedule ISO, HACCP and Halal certification, SFA Inspection and audit programme.
- Conduct internal training on food hygiene practices for production and office personnel.
- Provide and update information on food safety regulation to Production and Operations Department.
- Conduct regular supplier audits and inspections on supplied raw materials.
- Organize and coordinate the activities of Quality team around implementation of quality and food safety programs and standards.
- Maintain the long-term continuity of production and service quality standards.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma / Degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry or related field.
