Monitor and review quality assurance work processes to enhance efficiency, productivity and cost control of the QA/QC Team
- Conduct and supervise QA & QC inspection and testing.
- Perform supplier quality audit and maintain quality performance.
- Coordinate and control the NDE by 3rd party inspectors including reviewing the NDE procedures and reports from 3rd party agency
- Monitor and update the QMS as per the latest edition of applicable systems and products standards.
- Perform Internal Audits and Chair the Management Review Meetings.
- Monitor essential operational processes and perform routine inspections.
- Approves incoming and outgoing materials by confirming specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests; rejecting and returning unacceptable materials.
- Taking care of QA/QC documents including certificates, calibration, test results, inspection request, non-compliance reports and other related documents.
- Develop method statement for the activity including risk assessment, job safety environmental analysis and inspection test plan and checklist based on specifications of the materials.
- Ensure proper documentation of project inspection and test activities including delivery dossiers.
- Monitor the implementation of QAP and all other quality related activities.
- Ensure that all standard operating procedures comply with specifications, quality standards, statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain QMS & ISO system
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Degree / Diploma in Mechanical / Metallurgy Engineering
- At least 5 years of relevant Quality Assurance/Quality control working experience with managerial skills in the offshore and marine industry.
- Min ASNT Level 2/ PCN Level 2, Certified Welding Inspector (Cswip), Certified Painting inspector.
- Preferable with API 653 Inspector Certificate
- Familiar with ASME/ASNT/API standards
- Handled at least EPC Project from start to handover at various disciplines like Piping/ Equipment’s/ Tankage/Vessel.
- Good knowledge in the entire welding process
- Experienced in ISO audit to ensure effective Quality Management System
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Dynamic, self-driven and able to work well independently
