We are a company that locally manufactures processed food products. We aim to expand the range of products we procure and produce to appeal to the taste of the Filipino community.

We are looking for an energetic, resourceful, knowledgeable and skilful individual who can oversee the production/manufacturing and control the quality of our products.

**As our Quality Control Manager, you are expected to**:
**-**To have good knowledge of the ingredients and the products source from Philippines.
- To set the requirements standard for raw materials/ingredients, products from suppliers from multiple regions in the Philippines and monitoring their compliance
- To ensure that the company’s produce and products are up to the industry’s standards by inspecting items and overseeing the production and manufacturing processes
- To understanding of the client's needs and requirements and review the quality standard.
- Help to facilitate the necessary arrangements for importing goods from the Philippines.
- To organize, engage and actively participate in trade events.

**Jog Requirements**:
Be able to read, write and speak in both and Filipino (Tagalog, Cebuano and Hiligaynon). This is critical as the job entails meeting up and liaising with Filipinos from different parts of the country on the quality of their produce, ingredients, products and suppliers.

A Bachelor’s Degree in any of the following Discipline: Arts/Business/Social Sciences/Mass Communications/Marketing

Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in the Philippine Food Industry

Strong communication, organisation and time management skills

Resilient, Independent and Driven to succeed

Be able to read, write and speak in both and Filipino (Tagalog, Cebuano and Hiligaynon). This is critical as the job entails meeting up and liaising with Filipinos Suppliers from different parts of the country on the quality of their produce, ingredients, products.
