1. Vessel Opening
- Check Compass schedule for any port omission and portnet on vessel eta
- Print portnet SAST for tally check against Compass planned loading figures
- Once tally, retrieve Compass data and Send pre-loading summary to Seoul or SHQ marketing dept for loading approval
- HQ/SHQ/origin will inform loading and if roll over is required. Perform rollover using Compass / Portnet if required.
- Cross check Compass data against portnet SAST and rectify discrepancies
- Send final forecast to vessel operator (including local export cntrs) and exception list
- Print out Portnet SAST/VEDA/QCOS for any exception
- Send final loading summary with roll over list

2. AMS / ACI filing
- Check Compass for AMS / ACI filing and inform origin if any discrepancies
- Submit AMS /ACI once all data in order
- Check transmission and rectify any error / resend

3. ENS Filing
- Check Compass for ENS filing and inform origin if any discrepancies
- Submit ENS once all data in order
- Check transmission and rectify any error / resend

4. CAMS / AFR Filing
- Check Compass for CAMS filing and inform origin if any discrepancies
- Submit CAMS once all data in order
- Check transmission and rectify any error / resend

5. Monitoring of Feeder Import
- Receive notice from feeder operators
- check compass and send nomination list to feeder operator (Ex India/Sri Lanka/Bangladesh) for Import Declaration
- Liaise with common feeder operator for any discrepancies

6. DG / OOG Application to DG / OOG centre
- Check Portnet SAST for any DG / OOG loading on a particular vessel
- Informed DG /OOG centre and monitor approval.

8. Additional Functions
- Daily checking COD / DIT etc
- Filing of documents / Job Order
- Attend to various telephone enquiries from shipper/consignee/HQ/PSA etc
- Book common feeder when HMM dedicated feeder is full as instructed by SHQ/HQ
- Attend to exception - Reefer malfunction/temp discrepancies, short land over land cntr, leaking cntr etc
