Are you a seasoned logistics professional looking to leverage your expertise in commercial dry bulk logistics?
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing transhipment logistics business in Dubai, focusing on iron ore, coal, and minerals/metals market.
We are seeking an experienced candidate with strong network within the African and GCC region, who can originate and develop new business opportunities in floating logistics, transhipment, and barging.
- Originate and develop new business opportunities in floating logistics, transhipment, and barging.
- Lead end-to-end deal execution including structuring, negotiation, and closure.
- Monitor market trends and provide insights to inform strategic planning.
- Build and maintain long-term client and stakeholder relationships.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure operational readiness and service delivery.
- Represent the organization at industry forums and client engagements.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Maritime, Engineering, or related field (MBA is a plus).
- 10-15+ years of experience in business development or commercial roles within shipping, dry bulk logistics, commodity trading, or related sectors.
- Deep understanding of commodity logistics and floating logistics operations.
- Proven track record in executing complex transhipment and barging deals.
- Strong negotiation and commercial structuring capabilities.
