Job Title: Senior Commercial Logistics Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Commercial Logistics Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in commercial logistics, negotiation, pricing, and trade operations, with exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Negotiate and manage freight rates with carriers and feeders to secure optimal prices while meeting profit targets.
  • Develop and implement strategic pricing plans through cost analysis and coordination with trade teams to drive business growth.
  • Independently handle all pricing for projects, including spot requests and tender RFQs generated by sales teams across the region.
  • Ensure timely responses and quote submissions to network offices for RFQs and business inquiries.
  • Plan, schedule, and find best logistics solutions to meet customer delivery commitments.
  • Implement cost-saving measures to achieve significant profit increases.
  • Support the Trade Manager in overall commercial activities of assigned services.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in related field.
  • Preferably Junior to Executive level, specializing in purchasing - Corporate, Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
  • Minimum GCE O Level qualification.
