Primary Responsibilities:

- Responsively address incoming inquiries and sales leads, ensuring an elevated level of customer service.
- Conduct comprehensive requirement assessments to gain insight into the specific gifting needs of clients.
- Collaborate closely with our design and procurement teams to brainstorm innovative gift concepts.
- Create and present compelling sales proposals tailored to each client's unique preferences.
- Generate precise quotations and invoices to facilitate smooth transactions.

Qualifications:

- Proficiency in both English and Chinese languages is essential for effective communication with diverse clients and suppliers from China.
- Demonstrate the ability to work independently and as an integral part of a collaborative team.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word, for streamlining various tasks.
- A minimum of 1 year of sales experience for associate-level applicants and 3 years for managerial-level applicants.
- Familiarity with basic Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator skills is advantageous.
- Proficiency in other languages will be regarded positively.
- Prior experience in corporate gifts and merchandise will be considered a significant asset.
