**Key responsibilities**
- Independently handle a portfolio of Singapore private limited companies or branches of foreign companies and assist in the transition of the accounting transfer records from the take-over business.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly or annual clients' management accounts including general ledgers, trial balance, balance sheet, income statement and supporting notes to the accounts.
- Prepare unaudited financial statements (UFS) in accordance with Singapore FRS (Financial Reporting Standards).
- Prepare quarterly GST returns, annual tax computation and Form C / Form C-S and Appendixes.
- Liaise with and advise clients on on-going company's bookkeeping, IRAS and ACRA related matters.
- Perform any other ad-hoc assignments assigned by the Manager.
**Qualifications/Experience**
- Bachelor degree in accounting or related disciplines.
- 1-2 years’ experience in bookkeeping, corporate tax, GST & XBRL for Singapore companies in an outsourced accounting firm.
- Good knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS), ACRA, MOM, CPF and IRAS regulatory requirements.
- Resilient and able to work independently to organize and prioritize work with mínimal supervision.
- Technology savvy, excellent interpersonal, written & oral communication and analytical skills.
- Experienced Audit executives/associates, currently working in Singapore Audit Firms, are also welcome.
