We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional sales results in the luxury hospitality sector. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth from the corporate segment across both properties.

  1. Key Responsibilities

Your primary objective will be to identify, qualify, and secure new corporate business opportunities to achieve targeted revenue goals for both properties. You will also be responsible for managing and growing key corporate accounts, maximizing room nights, revenue, and market share.

  1. Sales Strategies

You will develop and execute segment-specific sales strategies, sales calls, presentations, and proposals to effectively engage with corporate clients. Client relationship management is crucial in this role, as you will maintain strong professional relationships with existing corporate accounts through regular engagement.
