**Summary**:
As the Reefer Desk Manager, you will assist the Head of Reefer Asia Pacific to oversees daily operations for Global Accounts. You will also manage Reefer Import into Asia requests and supervise SpotOn Trade Manager.
With the great opportunity, you will manage a team and will execute commercial activities for the Asia Region and have the exposure to work with reputable international brands (direct shippers as well as freight-forwarders). This role has an interesting, combined function of “hunting” and “farming” to maximize revenue.
**Main Responsibilities**:
Global Account
Manage and monitor the commercial performances of assigned Reefer accounts.
Manage and support one Key Account Manager
To develop, lead, and manage key account negotiations, as well as ensuring the company meets revenue quotas on a global scale.
Set up the commercial and pricing policy in agreement with the lines, business development plan and strategies in compliance with the Group policy.
Prepare visit reports / market studies and perform other tasks as required by Management.
Focus on customer relationship development, establishment, and improvement
Coordinate with operations and Cargo Flow Teams as well as other internal department to ensure the best operational service to customers
Identify and actively reach out to new customers / market to promote our services
Import Manager
Manage and oversee Reefer import into Asia
Support and implement improvements in relation to the quality and productivity of operations
Address and resolve Import shipments issues
Be able to analyze and evaluate dynamics import market in Asia
Support Import Sales objectives to achieve the budget
SpotOn Supervisor
Monitor and analyze SpotOn performance and loading factor prepared by HO and take necessary actions
Monitor and analyze STM weekly performance
Monitor weekly reports created by STN and ensure STM manages other tasks as required by Management
Maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, agencies and HO
Be STM back up
**Minimum Requirements**:
Degree or above, discipline in maritime studies, logistic & supply chain are preferable
Minimum 5 years shipping experience, preferably in commercial roles for the ocean-freight services.
Possesses strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills with a strong sense of customer orientation
Fluent in English (written, oral communication and negotiation skill), additional language capability is preferable
Reporting capability using various software (Excel, internal tools)
Strong in planning and communication
Sense of anticipation, teamwork and pro-activity
**This role is currently opened for local employment only.
