Orizal Financial Advisory is looking for an organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our organization. You will work directly with our insurance advisors to ensure all administrative tasks are efficiently and effectively implemented.
Applicants must preferably possess:
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Be effectively able to manage multiple tasks at once
- Prior experience with clerical responsibilities is a bonus, although all are welcome to apply
- **Singaporeans and Singaporean PRs only**_
What you will be doing:
- Assist insurance advisors in filing reports and other administrative tasks
- Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings as required
- Perform clerical duties, take memos, maintain files, and organize documents
- Monitor office supplies and order replacements as needed
- Other duties as assigned
**Requirements**:
- Prior experience in an administrative role is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
**Salary**: $2,000.00 - $2,800.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Work Location: In person
