EVIA Real Estate is an established property developer and real estate investment manager across residential, commercial, industrial and hospitality in Asia, with a primary focus on Singapore. We are seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to work with the team to handle a diverse scope of works involving the lifecycle development of real estate projects which includes managing /executing day to day costings and contracts of current projects, design coordination and supervision, analysing and interpretation of market trends of the real estate environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contract Management and Administration

o Draft, review, and administer consultancy agreements, construction contracts, and other related service agreements in accordance with company policies and statutory requirements.

o Ensure compliance with contract terms, conditions, and obligations throughout the project lifecycle.

o Maintain accurate and updated contract documentation and records.

  • Tender and Procurement Support

o Assist in the preparation of tender documents, including bills of quantities, conditions of contract, and specifications.

o Evaluate and analyze tender submissions, ensuring compliance with requirements.

o Support procurement of consultants, contractors, and suppliers.

  • Cost and Claims Management

o Monitor project costs against budgets and approved variations.

o Evaluate and process progress claims, variation orders, extension of time (EOT) claims, and final accounts.

o Liaise with project teams, consultants, and contractors to resolve contractual and commercial issues.

  • Compliance and Governance

o Ensure all contracts align with regulatory requirements, including BCA and URA guidelines.

o Assist in audits and internal reviews of contract administration processes.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration

o Work closely with development, project management, and finance teams to support overall project execution.

o Facilitate communication between external consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders.

Job Requirements

o Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Contract Management or Property

Development/Real Estate Management.

o At least 3–6 years of relevant experience in contract administration, preferably with a property developer, consultant, or main contractor in Singapore.

o Familiarity with Singapore contract law, Building Control Act, BCA/URA requirements, and standard

forms of contract (SIA, REDAS, PSSCOC).

o Required language(s): Mandarin, English (In order to liaise with the Mandarin speaking clients / owners).

o Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

o Ability to prepare and owning feasibility studies, cost planning and development planning of land and

internal marketing strategy would be an advantage.

o Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
