**Your Job**
We are looking to hire a Sales/Office Administrator, this will be a 6 months contract role.
**Our Team**
This role will be form part of our Sales & Services team and reports to the Sales Team Leader.
**What You Will Do**
Prepare sale and service proposals within time frame
Prepare acknowledgment for all orders
Ensure service timesheets, expenses are filed correctly and on time
Initiate accurate and timely invoicing and project closure
Ensure proper document keep
Support service teams to perform field work effectively
**Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)**
ITE, Diploma qualifications with 1-2 years of sales administration experience
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Team player
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PPT)
Knowledge in ERP systems will be advantageous**Who We Are**
