About the role
As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service. This full-time position is based in the Orchard Central Region and offers opportunities for growth and development within a dynamic and innovative company.
What you'll be doing
- Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and provide personalised solutions
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through effective sales techniques
- Maintain strong product knowledge to educate and inform customers
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive customer experience
- Collaborate with the broader sales team to share best practices and support each other's success
- Assist with inventory management and other administrative tasks as required
What we're looking for
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a sales or customer service role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Excellent product knowledge and the ability to quickly learn about new products and services
- Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Highly organised and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
