Day to Day, Data Entry of all bank transactions in XERO and on other spreadsheets as requested by management team
- Preparation of bank reconciliation in XERO and with company bank accounts.
- Preparation of invoices to send to clients
- You need to ensure accuracy and timely processing of payments under Accounts payable and follow up on payments to be received
- Able to working with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers and journals
- Invoice processing and filing
- Updating maintaining & filing of all documentation
- Record/Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable in XERO
- Key-in all invoices into system, posting, matching and batching all invoices.
- Fully handle company’s sample pick-up, delivery and tracking with DHL and other courier companies. Replacement of staff as and when is needed.
**Job Requirements**
- You must have a minimum 1year of related work experience.
- Ability to work as part of a team and take direction accurately.
- Analytical thinker and problem solver.
- You must have competent IT skills, particularly proficiency with spreadsheet software.
- High level of accuracy.
- Extremely organized in a manner that is easily read by others.
- Trustworthy and discreet when dealing with confidential information.
- Administrative skills.
- Highly flexible and adaptive to company workload
**Salary**: $2,000.00 - $2,200.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
**Experience**:
- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
