**Job Description**:

- Working Hours: 5 days, Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm
- Salary Package: Basic + Performance bonus

Key Responsibilities:

- To ensure all invoices and receipts are updated in company account system.
- Responsible for day-to-day admin duties (send invoice to customer, arrange courier, follow
- up customer payment), assist with ISO audit and accounts audit annually.
- Perform daily accounting & finance duties including receivables and payables processes, general ledger, tax and bank reconciliation, Full set bookkeeping duties, etc.;
- Prepare monthly financial and management reports for subsidiaries;
- Consolidate accounts and ensure compliance with accounting standards;
- Support audit and tax queries;
- Invoice/payment processing;
- Filing of GST quarterly returns;
- Liaise with external auditors & corporate secretary;
- HR matters; payroll, CPF, IR8A/IR8S, IR21, govt grant reimbursement;
- Other ad-hoc duties.

Job Requirements:

- Diploma in Accounting & Finance or equivalent;
- At least 1 year of relevant experience
- Hardworking, meticulous, and able to work independently with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Strong Analytical skill;
- Able to multi-task;
- Organisational skills & ability to manage deadlines;
- Integrity;
- Strong understanding of accounting principles;

**Salary**: $2,200.00 - $2,800.00 per month
