Retail Training Supervisor

**Responsibilities**:

- Design effective retail training programs.
- Study training guidelines from China Headquarter, and conduct necessary localization according to local market needs.
- Prepare training materials, conduct workshops and individual training sessions.
- Work closely with management to identify regional retail training needs, conduct annual training analysis and prepare training calendar.
- Keep training records in hard copy/electronically.
- Travel across the region to deliver company training standards.
- Train-the-trainers in stores and design, develop in-store training tool kits.
- Perform regular in-store field coaching, submit reports to the retail team, share the findings with solutions and work with Retail/ Store Managers to follow up on the results.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the management.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Marketing, Business Administration or any related field.
- At least 3 years of previous work experience in a retail setting.
- High proficiency in both Mandarin and English in order to liaise with colleagues in China and SEA countries.
- Good understanding of retail business and sports products.
- Strong Project management, Problem-solving skills, Effective communication.
