Roles & Responsibilities

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Retail Supervisor to support the daily operations of our retail store. The Retail Supervisor will be responsible for leading a team, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining store presentation, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support retail staff in day-to-day operations
  • Assist in training new employees and conducting ongoing staff development.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
  • Manage store opening and closing procedure.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the inventory team to restock shelves.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolves issues promptly.
  • Support the Store Manager in achieving sales goals and KPI.
  • Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards.
  • Process sales transactions accurately using POS system.
  • Prepare reposts on sales, staff performance, and store operation as needed.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in retail or business is a plus).
  • Previous retail experience, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving abilities.
  • Good time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and retail software.

Working Conditions:

  • Fast-paced retail environment.
  • Standing for long periods and occasional lifting of stock.
  • May involve shift work and weekend schedules.
