The Retail Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail outlet, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and ensuring a high level of customer service. The Supervisor works closely with the Area Manager to achieve sales targets and maintain operational excellence.

This role reports to the Area Manager.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide nutritional advice to customers, sell products to achieve store sales target
- Perform sales and cashiering duties
- Supervise, train, and mentor retail staff, ensuring they are knowledgeable about products and customer service standards.
- Schedule and allocate tasks to team members to ensure adequate coverage and productivity.
- Coach and motivate staff to deliver a positive shopping experience for customers.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, conducting regular stock checks and coordinating replenishment efforts.
- Oversee receiving, tagging, and organizing merchandise shipments.
- Facilitate effective communication among team members, providing updates on sales targets, promotions, and operational changes.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum "O" level
- Experience in retail industry and supervisory level
- Can work full time, 5 days in a week with a total of 44 hours
- English and Mandarin speaking will be an added advantage to liaise with counterparts
- Good customer service skills and pleasant personality
- Able to start work within short notice
