DESIGNATION : Procurement Admin Officer
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Daily inbound local shipments
- Updating vendor invoices in Microsoft Business Central
- Correspondence with external vendors on return/exchange
- Liaison with vendors on outstanding orders
- Any other duties assigned by superior / management
QUALIFICATIONS
- Provide clear communication to internal and external customers
- Mindful and in-depth understanding of all processes
- Passion and good working attitude
- Able to work under pressure
