Reporting to Director, Corporate Services, you will provide leadership to Human Resource Department and oversee all aspects of the human resources function, including but not limited to recruitment, performance management, compensation and benefits, training and development, payroll administration and budgeting etc. You will develop, implement and review human resources strategies, policies, and procedures to support the organisation's goals and objectives.

You will lead, coach and inspire the HR team to ensure timely and efficient operational HR-services. You will provide professional development opportunities to enhance the team’s performance and growth.

You will also be assigned other duties as and when required by the organisation.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience with at least 5 years in a managerial role, and preferably well versed across the HR spectrum
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage people at all levels
- Proactive, independent and able to multi-task, and work both at the conceptualisation and operational levels
- Familiar with the Employment Act and prevailing HR practices and legislations in Singapore
- Knowledge of any HRIS system and its implementation is an advantage
