
Executive Assistant, Human Resources

Provide effective and efficient human resource services to support business growth and operations for all JR Group of companies.
- Appreciate business and operations requirements and challenges and to plan, organize and implement human resource initiatives to support business growth and operations.
- Work closely with line and functional heads to support them in manpower planning (including annual manpower budgeting), acquisition, deployment and monitoring of manpower level.
- Prepare and refresh orientation materials and conduct orientation for new employees.
- Work closely with line and functional heads to plan, initiate and organize training programs and development activities to make the employees more effective and competent.
- Responsible for shortlisting of suitable training courses for employees, liaise with the training providers and respective departments on training matters.
- To initiate, manage and coordinate all student internship matters with the various institutions (e.g. ITE, polytechnics, universities).
- Any other appropriate duties and responsibilities including ad-hoc projects assigned.
**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $2,700.00 per month
