**Responsibilities**
- Perform administrative and coordination works on various human resources functions, including but not limited to staff training; compensation and benefits; recruitment etc
- Prepare regular human resources reports for management review, such as training summary report; leave and attendance report; overtime report; etc
- Assist in establishing and implementing human resources policies
- Provide support in organizing company functions and activities
- Perform ad hoc tasks or projects as assigned
**Requirements**:
- DSE / Form 5 or above
- At least 4-5 years of relevant working experiences in sizable corporations
- Familiar with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and related regulations
- Good command of English and Mandarin
- Good command of Japanese is a plus
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of Microsoft Office Tools (e.g. Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.)
- Self-initiative, responsible, well-organized and be a good team player
- Salary:
